Product Returns and Credit

Dealer Supply Network guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. Before returning any product, please call our customer service department for return instructions at (800) 968-1177. We will replace the dealer product, issue a credit or offer a refund for the product within a 30-day period. Items listed as short-term promotional use products and custom imprinted products are excluded. Authorized returns must be sent to us prepaid, in the original boxes.
